Sales Manager

Subaru of Charlottetown is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team!

As a Sales Manager with Subaru of Charlottetown, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for achieving sales excellence, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to drive success and drive profits for our organization.

Wage Range: $60,000- $100,000 Annually

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting sales targets and goals for individual sales representatives.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues promptly.
  • Overseeing the management of new and used car inventory.
  • Desking of both new and used deals.
  • Monitoring stock levels and adjusting orders based on market demand.
  • Keeping the team informed about new products, features, and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to align strategies.
  • Generating reports for senior management on sales performance and trends.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
  • Experience with Vauto and similar software is an asset
  • 1-2 years previous experience in automotive management
  • A valid driver's license
